POLICIES:

·        ·       NO SMOKING is allowed in the home at any time.
·        NO PETS allowed.
·        NO GLASS bottles allowed outdoors or on fishing pier.
·        Occupancy limit is 8 guests, including children
·        The home is equipped with bath and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD player/DISH Network, BBQ grill,
washer/dryer, initial supply of trash bags, toilet tissue, dish soap and hand soap.
·        Guests must provide own toiletries, laundry detergent, fishing equipment, and charcoal/fluid
·        2 keys and a gate access card will be provided to bay house guests.  The gate access card is required for neighborhood fishing pier, children’s play area and swimming pool.  There is a $25 charge for each key or access card not returned.
·        Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am
·        $100 deposit is required and insures your reservation and will be applied towards rental.  You will be charged for any damages that occur during your stay.
·        Any reservation that is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice prior to their stay will result in loss of deposit.
·       Rental Payment MUST be received at least 5 days prior to your visit.
